Kalamata Olives Whole
Purple-black to black in color. Firm, full-flavored, tender and “sweet”. A must in green salads and on appetizer trays. Our Kalamatas are hand-selected, slowly and naturally-cured to develop their full flavor, packed in a sweet wine vinegar brine. Our tasty brine is made with real wine vinegar, sea salt and grape must for a hint of sweetness. The brine is excellent as a vinaigrette base. Use in salads, soups, stews and pasta sauces. Or chop finely for use in flavorful vinaigrettes.
